We stayed at Monel for 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The family team's outstanding customer service, from Redi picking us up to Dilka's delightful assistance, made us feel at home. The breakfast, prepared fresh daily by Redi, Dilka's mom, a family friend, and Alex, was fantastic. The modern, comfortable room was the best we've had in Ksamil, and the pool area was quiet and clean. The hotel's location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. Plus, the parking is secured and the staff is always ready to help.
